Summary
HolderChat is an AI chatbot platform that learns from your content and answers visitor questions on your website. You can create bots from the HolderChat dashboard (websites, files, manual context) or connect a WordPress site with the HolderChat Connector plugin for automatic content sync. During beta, the service is free with no credit card required.

Troubleshooting
Symptom: I do not know which path to choose
Cause: Both paths create the same type of chatbot; only the content input differs.
Fix: Use WordPress Connector if your site is WordPress. Otherwise use the dashboard.
Symptom: Widget does not appear
Cause: Bot not Active, or embed code not installed.
Fix: Check status in Dashboard; see /documentation/embedding-the-widget/
